Belinda's focus is enabling organizations to grow, thrive, compete, and succeed, through the application of industrial and organizational psychological considerations within four key areas: Agility | Change | Innovation | Disruption (A.C.I.D). Belinda educates organizations about the value proposition of project management within their organizations, enabling them to accelerate the achievement of their strategic goals while improving their financial health. Leveraging her extensive project experience and knowledge of adult-learning theory concepts, Belinda has authored multiple project management courses for both instructor-led and online classes, as well as developed a full line of certification preparation materials, utilized by companies and PMI chapters in the US, Canada, and India. A sought-after speaker, Belinda travels extensively presenting at PMI chapter events and private business, civic, and government functions. More than 2,000 project managers have participated in her PMP certification prep classes and her passion for project management and for the development of skilled project managers is evident in her instructional capabilities. Belinda was the first woman in the world to achieve five of the Project Management Institute (PMI) credentials, currently holding six. Brandie Beane is a US Navy Veteran that is obsessed with customer service. 

Brandie Beane is a US Navy Veteran that is obsessed with customer service. Brandie started her customer service journey back in 2006 when she started working at Safeway. At Safeway, she learned how her actions directly impacted the way the customers responded. Understanding that in order to have a successful business, you must provide value to your consumers. Brandie joined the Navy and an elite group known as the Seabees. This is where she learned the CAN DO attitude and no matter what the mission called for it was imperative to have the CAN DO attitude. After 7 years, Brandie entered the corporate world at USAA. It was USAA that helped her realize that the CAN DO attitude is a perfect accompaniment to customer service. Brandie then teamed up with Belinda Goodrich, the leader in Project Management training, to be PM Learning Solutions’ Manager of Client Experience. Brandie has meticulously created her CAN DO business model to help organizations reamp their customer service programs by putting Service back into Customer Service. As part of the National Speaker’s Association, Brandie brings a powerful message of how every business can have CAN DO Customer Service.
